Glazed Pork

1  pound pork tenderloin
1  tablespoon all-purpose flour
2  tablespoons brown sugar, divided
½  teaspoon salt
½  teaspoon ground cumin
1/8  ground red pepper
¼  cup orange juice
3  tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1  tablespoon extra virgin olive oil



Cut pork crosswise into pieces.  Combine flour,  1 tablespoon sugar, salt, cumin, red pepper;  rub evenly over
the pork.
Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar, juice, and vinegar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add pork and cook for 2 minutes.  Turn pork over and cook
for an additional minute.  
Add vinegar mixture and cook for 1 minute or until sauce thickens and pork is done.
