Traditional Cosmopolitan:

2 tablespoons of Vodka
1½ tablespoons of Cointreau (Triple sec)
1½ tablespoons of Cranberry juice
2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
crushed ice
twist of lime

Combine the Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice and crushed ice in a cocktail
shaker. Gently shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime.
(Serves 1)

Chocolate Martini:  

3 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Baileys or Godiva Chocolate Liqueur.
Chocolate Syrup

Drizzle chocolate syrup or liqueur around the inside of the martini glass.  
Mix 3 oz. Vodka, 1/2 oz. Baileys or Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and Ice cubes.  
Combine vodka and chocolate liqueur in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir.
Strain into your previously prepared Martini glass.
(Serves 1)

Flirtini:

4 oz. Champagne
2 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Blue Curacao- orange flavored liqueur

Mix pineapple juice and blue Curacao in a shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously several
times, pour into champagne flute.  Top with champagne.  You can rim with sparking
sugar or garnish with a cherry or pineapple wedge for added flair!
