Founder and President of Essential Dynamics, Inc. Consulting and Coaching,
Liz conducts seminars and workshops for groups and individuals on leadership and
personal development. She also serves as a frequent emcee and guest speaker for a
variety of events.

Liz has been involved extensively in the Athens, GA community for over 20 years and
has held a number of leadership positions including the Chairman of the Board for the
Athens Area Chamber of Commerce, President of the Junior League of Athens and
Executive Director of the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation.

Her greatest passion is her family—husband, O.D. and two teenagers, daughter,
Marbrey and son, Scott!
